Position
PortaOne is seeking a motivated individual to join the company as a Junior Sales Manager. As a part of the ambitious and dynamic Sales and Customer Success Managers team, you’ll be able to improve your analytical skills, learn how to successfully cope with diverse tasks, gain valuable experience communicating with people in different stages of decision-making, and become a genuine negotiation guru.
Must-have skills and knowledge
- 1+ years of sales experience with international clients in the B2B area
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision while being a team player
- Flexible and customer-oriented approach
Preferable
- Higher technical education
- Experience with CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Pre-qualify incoming leads: communicate to prospects to find out their needs and pains – all remotely, via email or phone
- Identify if the lead can be a candidate to become a PortaOne customer
- Document the findings
- Assist Customer Success Managers in daily routines by taking over the ongoing communication with existing accounts
