Auto Dialer MVP

Automate outbound call campaigns for call centers to streamline sales or surveys. The Auto Dialer uses numbers from a contact list to place outbound calls, then routes answered calls to available agents.

In its current MVP version, the Auto Dialer allows you to:
  • Set the company’s phone number for outbound calls
  • Import contact lists from a file or paste them from a clipboard
  • Set call pace and schedule calling times 
  • Manually start, pause, resume, or stop campaigns
  • Monitor performance (calls placed and answered)
The Auto Dialer uses the PortaSwitch Call Control API. PortaPhone is not required.

Pricing usage metrics:

An instance is a single installation of the Add-on Mart app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
