What Professional Services are not covered by PortaCare?

The following tasks and types of assistance will be charged by the hour as additional consulting services.

  1. Custom reports and SQL queries
    • creating custom reports
    • creating custom SQL queries
    • troubleshooting custom reports and complex SQL queries
  2. Complex network infrastructure administration
    • bonding
    • setting up VPN services (not including cases related to cloud systems setup)
    • complex routing (such as source based routes)
  3. Dedicated engineering assistance for PortaBilling API
    • API methods, data structures, and request sequencing
    • troubleshooting examples / PoC scripts
  4. Manipulation of PortaBilling database schema or data
    • reconfiguration / script creation related to a batch of entities via SQL queries or PortaBilling API
  5. Repairing customer modifications*
    • repairing or troubleshooting customer-made direct database modifications or code modifications that led to database inconsistencies
  6. Remote file storage administration
    • creation or management of iSCSI, multipath configuration of network file storage, mounting points, etc.

*Please note that engineering time for repairs may be charged as a professional service after work has begun if it is discovered during the troubleshooting process that database inconsistencies were a result of customer-made modifications
