PortaOne has introduced Premium PortaCare, an extended list of services available to the current PortaCare subscribers. In addition to all standard PortaCare features and services, an annual Premium PortaCare includes:

  • 24/7×365 unlimited access to the dedicated PortaOne call center
  • Priority assessment, research, and quoting for the custom development assignments
  • Complimentary one-day training session at one of PortaOne offices in North America or Europe
  • Optional two-day on-site configuration assistance visit by a PortaOne support engineer (travel related expenses not included)
