Teams Integration
Microsoft Teams integration with a choice for PBX(seat) or trunk integration.
PBX user license ($2.49/user/month): Teams users can send and receive calls via their hosted PBX environment and use the full set of PBX features. Instead of using a Microsoft calling plan, users can purchase a more affordable Office 365 subscription that includes a phone system option, along with a calling plan from a CSP for making calls to mobile numbers and landlines.
Trunk user license ($1.49/trunk user/month): Teams users can send and receive calls via the SIP trunk for enterprises/SMBs that primarily use Teams as their PBX and require calling/dial-tone for Teams.
Pricing usage metrics: The maximum number of active Teams users with “PBX” license or “trunk” license allocated in TeamMate. Active users with PBX license are charged $2.59/user/month. Active users with trunk license are charged $1.49/user/month.
