Partner Portal (SIP Trunking)
Partners can add new customers, assign trunks and DID numbers, upsell service features, e.g., call recording, manage the maximum allowed number of simultaneous calls, and access customers’ invoices. The portal is built to be used by your partners (“representatives” in PortaSwitch), where they can see their commission.
Pricing usage metrics: An instance is a single installation of the iPaaS app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
