E-Invoicing (via Storecove)
Send your customers electronic invoices that meet EU e-invoicing requirements. This module connects PortaBilling to Storecove, an e-invoicing service, to convert invoice data into XML format, validate it against EN 16931 (the European e-invoicing standard) requirements and country-specific standards, and deliver it to the customer via e-invoicing networks such as Peppol.
EN 16931 is already mandatory for invoices sent to public-sector organizations under Directive 2014/55/EU. As part of its ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age) package, the EU is making EN 16931 mandatory for cross-border B2B invoicing within the EU by 2030, with some member states introducing domestic requirements even earlier.
Your customers can import these invoices directly into their ERP or accounting system, or receive and pay them straight from their online banking app – no manual data entry required. The module works with all invoice types: regular monthly invoices and on-demand invoices issued mid-cycle.
