CloudPBX Self-Care Portal

Allows PBX users to independently add phone lines and service packages, configure standard PBX functionalities (such as extension parameters, ring groups, call forwarding, or “follow me”), and add IP phones for auto-provisioning, all without any assistance from a PortaSwitch administrator.  Users have access to a dashboard that shows their extension online/offline status, purchased DID numbers, IP phones, and call history. The Cloud PBX Self-Care Portal can be fully branded with a custom name, logo, and color scheme.
Pricing usage metrics: An instance is a single installation of the iPaaS app with an unlimited number of endpoints or users. A single instance is often associated to a single brand/whitelabel.
