Text-to-Speech (ElevenLabs)

Enable personalized voice messages (such as greeting callers by name, reading out verification codes, or announcing service status updates) during calls handled by custom IVR applications, without the need for pre-recorded audio files. Once a custom IVR application retrieves call-specific data from a system such as a CRM and generates the message text, it can send this text to PortaSwitch via the API. The module enables PortaSwitch to automatically convert the message text to speech using the ElevenLabs service and play it during the active call. The synthesized audio is then cached automatically, reducing ElevenLabs synthesis costs for repeated messages.
