When a call comes in, the AI agent responds to caller inquiries in real time based on the knowledge base and instructions configured for the agent.
Apifonica also supports outbound call campaigns, integrations with back-office systems (for example, to create a CRM record or a calendar event during a call), and multiple languages.
With Voice AI Agent, you become a white-label provider of AI voice bots.
