Address Info tab

 

This tab consist of two sections:

 

The Legal Info section allows you to enter company information that can be used for legal transactions, e.g. for taxation purposes.

 

 Field Description

Name

Type the legally registered name of the company.

Address

Type the street address where this company is legally registered.

You can use two fields for the legal street address.

City

Type the city in which the company is legally registered.

Country

Select the country in which the company is legally registered from the list.

Province / State

Select the province or state where the company is legally registered.

Select the country from the list. The available province / state values depend on which value is selected for Country.

Postal Code

Type the postal code for the company’s legal registered location.

'From' email for outgoing communications

Type the company’s ‘email from’ address. This email address will appear in the From: field of all outgoing emails, e.g. statistics / invoices, low credit warnings, notifications sent to your customers.

This field is mandatory and must be unique for each billing environment.

 

 

In the Contact Info printed on Invoice section, you can enter information that will help your customers and vendors get in touch with you.

 

Select the Use Legal Address check box to copy the legal address into the contact info fields if they match.

Country

Select the country from the list.

Province / State

Select the value from the list. The available province / state values depend on which value is selected for Country.

Postal Code

Type the postal code.

Phone

Type the company’s contact phone number.

Fax

Type the fax number of the company.

Contact Email

Type the contact email of the company.

Web

Type the web address of the company.
