Call Recordings

This page is only active if your provider has enabled the Call Recording feature for you. With the help of this feature, the users of IP Centrex services can record their phone conversations for later playback. On the Call Recordings page you can view a list of recorded calls, filter them from a certain period, download call recording files to listen to or delete them.

 

Depending on your needs, you may activate / deactivate Call Recording by selecting or clearing the Record calls check-box.
