Calls-per-second control a new component of PortaSIP cluster allows to limit the number of allowed call initiations per second. The limitations can be adjusted per individual account, which allows to combine a generic "flood" protection for retail & SMB customers with selling higher CPS limits as a value-added service for SIP trunking / call center customers.Scheduled add-on activation/deactivation administrators can now schedule automatic activation (or deactivation) of add-on service in the future.
Auto-provisioning for new IP phones this release includes auto-provisioning capabilities for Yealink SIP-T21P E2, SIP-T23G, SIP-T23P, SIP-T27P, SIP-T29G and CP860 models of IP phones.
Prepay plan self-management if a product offers additional payment plans (e.g. pre-payment for 12 months provides 15% discount), the end-user can now switch to a desired plan on a self-care portal.
Credit card expiry alert customers are notified via email / SMS if their card on file is about to expire.
Integration with NetNumber PortaSwitch is now integrated with NetNumber for updating the number routing information in NetNumber's database. This ensures accurate routing of SMS/MMS for ported numbers.
Cloning options in order to simplify the day-to-day system operations, administrators are now allowed to clone IP device profiles, templates and custom reports. This allows to quickly create a new object based on an existing one and then adjust the required settings.
Enhanced DID pricing control now there is a new type of numbers in DID inventory: "free" numbers, that is, numbers with no relation to the actual PSTN network (i.e. numbers to be used only for calling with service provider's network). The DID inventory web GUI was improved to display the appropriate current cost and revenue figures for administrator, reseller or subreseller.
Credit limit change history to assist the process of customers' financial audit or troubleshooting, a history of all adjustments to customers' credit limit is provided on the web GUI.
