MS Teams users can send and receive calls via their hosted PBX environment and use the full set of PBX features. Instead of using a Microsoft calling plan, users can purchase a more affordable Office 365 subscription that includes a phone system option, along with a calling plan from a CSP for making calls to mobile numbers and landlines. The “User” license is designed for hosted PBX service and covers 100 active users per month.
