MS Teams users can send and receive calls via the SIP trunk and use the full set of PBX features. Instead of using a Microsoft calling plan, users can purchase a more affordable Office 365 subscription that includes a phone system option, along with a calling plan from a CSP for making calls to mobile numbers and landlines.The “Channel” license is designed for SIP trunking service and allows 100 concurrent calls/channels.
