How the least cost routing information can be obtained from PortaBilling100?

PortaBilling100 returns routing information using Cisco avpair VSA attributes. Your SIP Proxy (SER or something else) should be able to interpret it. Each PortaBilling100_Routing entry in Radius response represents a possible termination gateway. These are tried one by one, until either the call is successfully connected or no more routes are left.

In the latter case, an error code is returned to the callee’s UA.

There are a number of standard parameters that may be returned with each routing entry:

expires=xxx - xxx is the number of seconds allowed for this particular route to connect a call. If the call is not connected during that time interval, the next route is tried.

credit-time=yyy - yyy is the maximum number of seconds allowed for a call to be connected using this particular routing entry.
